Whitfield County commissioners approve zoning, contracts, grants and health-care amendment; multiple appointments made

Whitfield County commissioners on Monday approved a set of ordinance changes, contracts and grant acceptances, ratified a health-care funding amendment and completed regular committee appointments during a meeting that ran through administrative, budget and public-works items.
