Board provisionally adopts FY2026–2030 CIP, approves schools' escrow funding for high school feasibility study

Separately, the board approved a motion asking that the Rockbridge County Public Schools move forward immediately with a feasibility study for a high school multiuse facility and to fund that study from the schools' escrow account.
