Item 3 (mayoral appointments) was pulled for amendment to replace Councilmember Kelly Davis on the general plan focus group with Councilmember Alice Dowden Calvio; the amended appointments were approved on roll call. Council also approved the associated Form 806 filing on a subsequent motion.
The Council publicly presented certificates of recognition to a local business and a resident for their holiday decorations prior to the formal agenda.
