Council names representatives to Capsell Board, Planning Commission and Parks & Rec Commission

During the organizational portion of the meeting the council nominated and approved council representatives: Lori McConvey to the Capsell Board, Mayor Kenny Lee to the Planning Commission post, and Jeremy Sloat as the council representative to Parks and Recreation.
At the start of the session, council considered nominations to serve as the council’s representative to several boards and commissions. Lori McConvey was nominated and seconded as the council representative to the Capsell Board and approved by voice vote. For the Planning Commission the council named Mayor Kenny Lee as the council representative; that nomination was seconded and approved. Jeremy Sloat was nominated and approved as the council’s representative to the Parks and Recreation Commission.
Council members handled each nomination individually and approved each by voice vote; no opposition was recorded.
