On the addendum the board continued several zoning items: P52 (comprehensive-plan amendment along Old Pasco Road) was continued to the March 11, 2025 meeting in Dade City; AP 139 (Tall Timbers MPUD by Extreme Team 41 LLC), a proposed master-planned unit development to allow 380 multifamily units and about 180,000 square feet of nonresidential uses on approximately 38 acres, was continued to Feb. 11, 2025 in Dade City; and AP 140 (Crossways MPUD), a proposed rezoning to allow up to 40 single-family detached units on about 30 acres, was continued to a date uncertain.
