The draft vision and guiding principles were developed from outreach that included contact with 75 organizations, three pop‑up events, seven focus groups involving 28 community members, and an online survey that received 805 responses in English, Spanish and Mandarin. The document is intended to serve as a “North Star” to guide station siting, track alignment considerations and future land‑use or zoning work ahead of anticipated discussions with Sound Transit in 2027.
