Implementation conditions - The approval requires the applicant to: install the crossing and signage as shown; remove/replace flagged asphalt and vegetation; install detectable-warning surfaces at the street crossing; and comply with DPW and water/stormwater review as part of permit conditions. The board tied issuance of permits to follow-up agency reviews and staff sign-off.
Next steps: The applicant will finalize improvements with staff, obtain DPW and water-company sign-offs where required, and coordinate construction. The board’s decision contains specific conditions addressing vegetation height and the design of the crossing.
