The district intends to use ParentSquare for attendance notifications, robocalls and later for permission slips and volunteer sign‑ups; grade reporting will remain in PowerSchool, officials said.
The district hopes to have families using ParentSquare in time for spring conferences and intends to phase out paper forms where feasible. Staff noted the platform’s digest option for reducing message volume and said the tool supports text messages, email and app notifications.
