Separately, Donna Jackson Hudson and other Buffalo Soldiers Legacy Association representatives presented plans for the 4th annual Nogales Buffalo Soldiers tribute to be held Feb. 1 in front of city hall; the council approved the association’s request for in‑kind city support during the approval of the associated agenda item.
