Budget actions included transfers within the 2024 recreation and parks budgets (to purchase a UV system and cover other costs) and a transfer to cover unanticipated 2024 litigation expenses. The council also authorized a change in pay rates for part-time employees working the 2025 winter programs and accepted a donation from Sharon and Charles Shoemaker to fund clinic scholarships.
