O'Hara told the committee the community tournament slate includes a Golf Expo at Stardust and several sold-out events, and reminded residents that entry forms are sent six weeks before tournaments. He said call-center volume has fallen as golfers use the online portal: “the numbers of calls coming into our call center versus last year have dropped 17%,” O'Hara said, adding the decline has prompted a review of staffing windows and peak hours.
