The board reviewed next year’s meeting schedule, with several meeting dates adjusted to avoid conflicts with holidays; one meeting that would normally fall on a Monday was moved to Tuesday in October, the presenter said. Members also noted planned absences: one member said they will be out until May 12 and will miss the Feb. 10 meeting.
