Resolution R25-01 approves the final plat for Harmony on Lake Eloise Phase 4, a 57.25-acre subdivision proposed by 4 Star USA Real Estate Group that will contain 322 building lots and 12 common lots. Staff said a performance bond of $1,980,930.71 has been submitted to cover remaining infrastructure work including earthworks, sanitary sewer, potable and reuse water, stormwater management, paving and engineering certification.
