- Item 6.1 — Relocate traffic signal (Harding Pike/Kenner to Ridgefield Way): Authorized; the developer will pay for design and construction and the old intersection will be converted to right-in/right-out with a raised median. (Approved by voice vote.)
- Item 7.1 — TPAC rideshare pilot: Approved the TPAC rideshare pilot (Jan. 28–Feb. 23, 2025) directing ride-hail vehicles to two geofenced loading zones during TPAC events; NDOT will implement signage, monitoring and enforcement and TPAC will notify patrons. (Approved by voice vote.)
- Meeting time change: The commission voted to move its regular meeting time to 2:30 p.m.; the motion passed with one recorded dissent. (Approved by voice vote, one opposed.)
