Aaron said the city closed out 2024 with high permit‑fee receipts driven by a range of projects including alterations, new housing and institutional work. He said three development agreements currently in process would yield roughly 230 units: one with Tycor, one with Mosaic for River North Cottages (a WETA project) and a downtown housing project. Aaron also said utility work on the Tycor road is complete and the roadway is prepped for curbing and paving when weather allows.
