The City of West Palm Beach published hours for public boat ramps and docks and said overnight docking is prohibited.
Currie Park boat docks and ramps at 24100 North Flagler Drive are open daily from sunrise to sunset. The boat ramps at Lake Mangonia Park, 2957 North Australian Avenue, are open daily from sunrise to sunset. Clematis Street Docks (South Clematis Street and South Flagler Drive) and the Fern Street Dock (Fern Street and South Flagler Drive) are open daily from 5 a.m. until midnight.
"No overnight dockage is allowed for boats, dinghies, or kayaks," Jerry Marcello, host of the City Center podcast produced by the City of West Palm Beach Communications Department, said in the city announcement. The statement was presented as a citywide operational rule for the listed docks.
The announcement did not specify penalties, permit procedures or an exception process for emergency or transient moorage. For more details and the full listing of docks and ramps the city recommends visiting the official website at wpb.org.
