Board approves series of routine resolutions: course guides, field trip, appropriations, personnel and donations

The Parma City School Board on Jan. 9 adopted multiple consent-agenda resolutions covering course guides, student travel, budget and personnel items.

Key approvals recorded on the Jan. 9 consent agenda included:

For each consent item the board clerk conducted roll-call votes; the meeting transcript records affirmative roll-call responses for board members during each adoption. The transcript records “yes” votes from board members listed during roll calls (names recorded in the transcript and minutes). No recorded motions failed, and no substantive debate was entered on these items during the consent sequence.
