And the conclusion of the 9th order, the senate stand and recess until 1 PM, where we will reconvene in the house chamber for a joint sesh session, after which we will stand adjourned until 12:30 PM on Friday, January 10th," Senator Klein said on the floor.
The presiding officer put the question on the motion; senators voted by voice, the presiding officer announced the motion carried and the Senate went into recess until 1 p.m. The transcript records that the Senate will reconvene in the House chamber for the joint session and that the next adjourned sitting is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10.
