Montana House accepts 2025 committee appointments and reads House Bills 118–124

A slate of 2025 committee and council appointments was accepted without objection by the Montana House of Representatives during a floor session, Majority Leader Steve Fitzpatrick said.

The approvals, moved by Fitzpatrick, placed members on standing and select committees and several legislative councils and committees that will guide bill review and oversight this session. The Clerk also announced that 100 members were present for the session.
