- Ordinance No. 14-2024 (rezoning north of airport from I-1 to R-1): Approved on second reading (moved by Eric Olsen; second by Paul Hagen) — 10 ayes, motion carried.
- Contract award — 113 Oman Street (raise/restore) to S and S Excavating: Approved (moved by Henry Velacher; second by Dave Peterson).
