Before the funding hearings the Community Preservation Committee approved the minutes of its Jan. 8 meeting with a correction and later adjourned by formal motion and roll-call votes.
The committee approved the Jan. 8 minutes after a correction to the record (committee member noted the correct funding abbreviation should read “TIF” not “FFI”). The committee took a roll-call vote; members recorded their approval in sequence: Michael Farris (yes), Chris Benavides (yes), Alexander Silva (yes), John Brandt (yes), James Hornsby (yes), Rick Mancini (yes), BJ McDonald (yes), Joanne Bentley (yes), Kristen Cantara Olivera (yes).
At the end of the meeting a member moved to adjourn; the committee approved that motion by roll call with the same affirmative votes recorded.
No CPA funding decisions were made during the Jan. 9 meeting; committee members said they would deliberate and score the funding applications at a subsequent meeting.
