Williamson County commissioners on the motion passed approval of a nontraditional wastewater treatment and disposal system intended to serve the 34-lot Star Creek subdivision, the revised 16-lot Hyde Park subdivision and an adjacent county park and emergency management facility, staff said.
County planning staff told the commission the treatment site covers about 2 acres. "Finally, staff does recommend approval of the nontraditional wastewater system with the conditions outlined in the staff report, including the posting of a performance bond for the system," Planning staff said during the meeting.
