ARB tables review of 755 Vernon addition to Feb. 13 for additional details

Board members said they supported the overall concept — several members explicitly welcomed removal of a previously proposed gambrel form in favor of a gable/craftsman approach — but asked for more detailed drawings and material samples. The applicant confirmed she would coordinate with the city design consultant on those details.
The board voted to table the application to the Feb. 13, 2025 ARB meeting to allow the applicant time to finalize materials and detail drawings.
