Bexley ARB approves three consent applications, minutes OK'd

The Bexley Architectural Review Board on Jan. 9 approved three projects on its consent agenda and accepted the October and November meeting minutes.
The board voted to approve Application ARB-2452 (27100 Sherwood, applicant Brenda Parker), ARB-2455 (795 South Cassingham, applicant Daniel Mayer) and ARB-2457 (743 Montrose, applicant Amy Lower House) as consent items after staff confirmed conditions requested by board members had been accepted and incorporated into the staff reports.
Board members made no substantive comments at the meeting and moved the three items as a block. The motion to approve minutes for October and November also passed at the start of the meeting.
The approvals allow applicants to proceed with next steps in the ARB process subject to the standard follow-up procedures spelled out in the staff reports.
