Commissioners voted by roll call to continue the hearing for 898 South Street (DEP file 234-934) to Feb. 27 at the earliest; the applicant requested the continuance. The vote to continue was unanimous among members present.
The commission then voted by roll call to approve the Dec. 5 and Dec. 19, 2024 draft minutes. Members indicated some earlier minutes (December 5) had been circulated previously and that re-voting to confirm approval was acceptable. The meeting concluded with a unanimous vote to adjourn.
Actions were conducted by roll call as noted; staff said additional older minutes (2022) would be considered at a future meeting.
