Lake County Investment Advisory Committee approves minutes and elects officers

At the Jan. 9 meeting the committee approved Oct. 3, 2024 minutes and elected officers: Commissioner Plecnik as president, Commissioner Beveridge as vice president and Treasurer Sirhan as secretary; motions were adopted by voice vote.
The Lake County Investment Advisory Committee approved its Oct. 3, 2024 minutes and elected new officers during a Jan. 9 meeting.
At the start of the meeting the clerk called roll and recorded "Commissioner Plecnik. Present. Treasurer Zernan." Commissioner Beveridge then nominated Commissioner John Pleshnik for president; the committee followed with a voice vote and members offered congratulations.
The committee approved the minutes of the Oct. 3, 2024 meeting by voice vote after a motion and second were recorded. The chair called for any old business, and none was raised.
The committee moved to elect a vice president and secretary. Commissioner Beveridge was nominated and elected vice president after a motion and second and a voice vote. Treasurer Sirhan was nominated for secretary, seconded, and approved by voice vote.
With officers in place and no further business, a motion to adjourn was made, seconded and the meeting was adjourned by voice vote.
