Board recommends approval of small-scale replat for four-unit multifamily project on Blue Heron Boulevard

Board member Shepherd asked why the applicant had not provided a representative; Suarez said the applicant was on a business trip. After brief discussion and a motion to approve, the board carried the recommendation by roll-call vote without opposition.
