The Vigo County Area Planning Commission recommended approval of a minor subdivision called Eagle Tree that would replat a 1.88-acre parent tract on the south side of Diminick Avenue into three residential lots.
Staff reported the property is immediately east of 2817 Diminick Avenue, public water is available, and the health department approved sanitary systems. Because the lot sizes and intended use met minimum requirements, staff recommended waiving major-subdivision requirements and treating the filing as a minor subdivision. Conditions noted in staff testimony included obtaining road-cut permits if needed, securing drainage and erosion-control approvals where required, and recording the plat within 90 days.
No members of the public spoke in opposition. The commission moved and seconded approval of the primary and secondary plats with staff conditions and recorded the motion as passed.
