Those administrative votes were taken near the end of the Jan. 9 meeting and recorded as unanimous among members present. Chairman George Allen Hayden noted he would sign the board’s 2024 annual report for submission to the Board of County Commissioners after minor corrections were made.
Process note: The board chair and vice chair continuation was moved and seconded and accepted without recorded objection; county counsel clarified that under the board's motion the officer selections would be revisited in January 2026.
