The Infrastructure Committee unanimously approved and forwarded to the full county board an updated intergovernmental agreement and operating agreement for the City-County IT Commission (CCITC).
Director Klein told the committee the CCITC agreement had last been updated in 2021 and that staff and commission members reviewed the document to remove outdated items and better reflect how the commission operates today. Klein said the packet included a summary of changes and that the update removed a long, evolving schedule A and made several title and staffing clarifications.
Lance, the CCITC board chair, told the committee the changes are largely housekeeping and that the summary was in the packet. Supervisor Gisselman moved to approve forwarding the agreement to the county board; Supervisor Hartinger seconded. The committee approved the motion by unanimous voice vote.
The item will appear on the county board agenda for final approval.
