The motion was phrased as: "Make a motion that the Planning Commission calendar beginning with February will show a 7 p.m. starting time instead of the 7:30." The motion passed by recorded responses from members on the meeting record.
Commissioners did not add conditions to the change; the new start time was accepted as the commission's regular meeting time effective February.
