Public asks for preconstruction meeting after single bid for Clayton creek project

Swanson asked the town to provide him with the consolidated bid documents and recommended a meeting with Banning Engineering, the town’s representative (Pete) and Jammer Excavating’s superintendent before any work begins. Town staff indicated work could start toward the end of February and agreed to arrange a preconstruction walk-through.
No formal council action was recorded at the meeting; staff said they would provide Swanson a copy of the consolidated bidding documents and arrange the requested meeting.
