• Recess to Economic Development Authority: The council recessed to the Shakopee Economic Development Authority meeting; the EDA approved its agenda, reviewed a bill list and set an adjourn date to Feb. 4 at 7 p.m.
• Adjournment: The council moved and seconded adjournment to its next meeting on Jan. 21, 2025, at 7 p.m.; the motion carried by voice vote.
