"I don't want you to dive in too far with the concept plan before we have approval to do the subdivision and start the rezone process," said Jenny Nye, senior administrator, urging the applicant to limit up-front effort until parcel boundaries and legal issues are clarified. Nye also noted a statutory review timeline: "We have 14 days to get our comments back to you on this review." The planning commission deadline for a Feb. 12 hearing would require a January 28 filing, she added.
Applicant representatives described the proposed layout as an amendment to the master development agreement (MDA) and said the immediate step is to subdivide the northern parcel shown on the plan.
