A property at 800 Northwest 10th Terrace was reviewed by the Fort Lauderdale Nuisance Abatement Board on Jan. 9. Staff reported no calls directly tied to the property since the last meeting and the frontage was described as “perfect,” but board members advised additional measures to improve safety.
The board noted drivers repeatedly pull into the single handicap space without actually needing it and recommended the owner install a clearer marked sign or “no parking” treatment in front of that space. Staff also asked the property representative to install a rear alley light and camera on the H Street side to deter and document activity.
Board staff requested weekly photo reports documenting the front, side and rear of the property. No formal enforcement action was taken.
