Sammamish sustainability commission narrows 2025 outreach priorities, backs quarterly community events

Commission staff summarized the work the commission completed in a prior meeting and said the group’s top four near-term priorities are: BEU 4.1 (community energy conservation and greenhouse-gas reduction education), pursuing partnerships for electric vehicle car-share pilots, promoting drought-tolerant landscape design, and outreach on sustainable commute alternatives.
