Concord Township Council approves reorganization, appointments, budgets and multiple resolutions

On land-use matters, council approved a preliminary/final land development resolution for the Celebrate School of Glen Mills subject to a list of engineering, fire marshal and administrative conditions and granted conditional-use approval for redevelopment of 830 Comtester Road (Sandkin 322, LLC) to permit a car wash and motor vehicle sales agency, subject to the conditions adopted by the Zoning Hearing Board and incorporated in the council’s resolution.
