The council voted by voice on those ordinances after public hearings that drew no speakers in opposition.
The council also ratified an amendment to the fiscal year 2025 budget to purchase two Liebert air-conditioned cabinets for the information-technology department, at a cost not to exceed $130,707.92, citing a four-month lead time on the equipment.
