Oklahoma County commissioners at their meeting approved routine and consent items, including minutes from Dec. 30, 2024; a cash fund appropriation for the drug court fund; and the annual election of Butch Freeman as vice chairman for 2025.
The commission approved the minutes for Dec. 30, 2024, after a motion and second. The board then approved a cash-fund appropriation listed in the transcript as “the drug court fund 12.80 not to exceed 467,400 and $26.” A motion to approve that appropriation was made, seconded and passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
The commission also held its annual election of vice chairman and re-elected Butch Freeman for 2025. The motion carried by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
Each of these were handled as consent or routine items with motions, seconds and voice votes; the meeting transcript did not record the names of movers and seconders or an itemized roll-call for these votes.
