Staff said the purpose of both resolutions was to remove Dean Sullivan following his retirement; the council noted that additional signatory updates (including adding newly seated officials) will be handled at a future meeting. Both resolutions passed by 6-0.
The council did not record additional conditions or disagreements during the motions. The items were presented as routine housekeeping to keep financial account signatories current with staffing changes.
