The board adopted Resolution 2025-R-002, authorizing a sales tax–sharing agreement with Lenny’s Gas and Wash at 183rd Street and La Grange Road. The resolution limits the village’s contribution to the agreement to $1,000,000 over 10 years and ties the sharing to site improvements the developer will perform, including right-of-way work and a new traffic signal.
