Town staff said Banning Engineering is performing construction observation and has provided an initial list of items contractors must address during the spring work. The commission was told the contractor is already aware of the items on the list and that crews still must apply roughly an inch and a half of topcoat before the work can be considered complete.
Commissioners were told the road will be constructed to town specifications and the town will monitor the remaining work next season. No formal action was required at the meeting.
