Staff cited unchanged fees for a decade and higher operating costs as the rationale.
A roll-call vote recorded all commissioners present voting “Aye.” Staff said the change will be posted with registration materials.
Commissioners did not provide an enrollment cap change beyond confirming an approximate historic enrollment of 10–12 participants per session.
