Henderson County Commissioners Court voted unanimously Thursday to approve amended minutes from its Dec. 31, 2024 regular-session meeting after a commissioner noted a date error in the draft minutes.
A commissioner pointed out that a budget-amendment reference in the draft minutes listed Dec. 17; the court agreed the correct date should read Dec. 31 and instructed staff to make the correction. Commissioner Toole moved to approve the minutes as amended; Commissioner Spivey seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
The court completed its business and adjourned at approximately 9:19 a.m. by unanimous vote.
