At the Jan. 3 meeting the Lowell Conservation Commission took a series of administrative actions: it continued multiple agenda items to the Jan. 22 meeting, tabled the election of officers until all members can attend, approved the Nov. 13 meeting minutes and adjourned.
Specific continuances included the enforcement order at 55 Shummet Way (continued to Jan. 22 because no one was present to speak) and notices of intent with pending DEP file numbers, which cannot be decided until the DEP number is issued. Commissioners moved to continue the items to the Jan. 22 meeting and voted in favor.
The commission also approved meeting minutes from Nov. 13, 2024 and then voted to adjourn the Jan. 3 meeting.
