The committee approved a maintenance agreement with IDEMIA Identity and Security USA LLC for system maintenance; a grant agreement with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and the Office of Homeland Security to cover emergency management expenses; and a renewed intergovernmental agreement between McLean County, Olympia Community Unit School District 15 and the McLean County Sheriff's Office for a school resource officer. Member Allison stated she would abstain from the school-district vote because of family connections; the motion passed with one abstention.
