• Ordinance 33-2024 (second reading): The council approved an ordinance amending Section 5-25 of the City Code to allow referral of municipal campaign-finance complaints to the Colorado Secretary of State when the city clerk’s office has a conflict of interest, consistent with newly enacted state law (House Bill 24-1283).
