- Schedules and meetings: The board set dates, times and locations for 2025 ward meetings and approved the 2025 study-session schedule and the Road and Bridge meeting schedule; each item passed on voice vote after motion and second.
- Semiannual reports: The board voted to file the sheriff’s semiannual report and the clerk’s semiannual report; both were approved by voice vote.
- Other routine motions: Committee appointments were discussed (chairman-appointed) and no closed session was requested. The meeting adjourned by motion.
