Pocket Business Center revisions mainly aesthetic; DRC reports no outstanding concerns

The Development Review Committee reviewed the first submittal for the Pocket Business Center construction site plan, a proposed industrial project on Hermit Smith Road adjacent to Mid Bridal Logistics. The engineer of record told the committee the revisions are minor and primarily change the amenity trail alignment and add enhanced landscaping.
Committee members from community development, police, public services, fire and building reported no comments at DRC. The engineer of record said the changes are “very minor in nature, mostly consisted of enhanced landscaping along the amenity trail,” and said he was available to answer questions.
With no substantive outstanding comments recorded, the DRC did not require additional follow-up beyond routine coordination with the project engineer.
