The engineer announced a returning co‑op student, Aiden Appshire (civil engineering student, University of Toledo), would work through May reviewing historic water main records to support the city’s lead reporting work required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
No new permit regulations or specific timelines for a mud bond or deposit were adopted at the meeting; the engineer described the steps as items the city would like to address in the future.
